I update the web site and add 2 new features...TimeSheets and invoices The procedure is to keep your time entered on a weekly basis in the timesheets section. My expectations are that they get updated by Sunday. 1.Click on timesheets in the menu and it should bring up current month.
2. Select "Simple Timesheet" to enter in times 3. Select student you tutored from the drop down list and enter in their hours 4. click save when done
At the end of the month in the calendar view, if you did not go over the allocated hours, you will be able to lock the month. This will allow you to be able to invoice against the hours. This should be done after you are finished tutoring for the month and ready to submit an invoice. You will be able to unlock the month as long as you don't submit an invoice for that month.
Submitting an invoice
1. Select invoice from menu 2. All locked timesheet hours are loaded into the invoice. Verify the rate and total amount. 3. Referrals and additional charges tutor times can be manually entered. 4. Click on submit to send invoice 5. Print submitted invoice and send with your paperwork. Hopefully this makes things easier. If you have any questions, please call me
